静电纺丝法制备 ZnO 无机纳米纤维及其光催化性能研究 ELECTROSPINNING OF ZnO ANIC NANOFIBERS AND THEIR PHOTO-CATALYTIC PROPERTY 刘天睿 2014 年7月 ELECTROSPINNING OF ZnO ANIC NANOFIBERS AND THEIR PHOTO-CATALYTIC PROPERTY Candidate : Liu Tianrui Supervisor : Prof. Tang Dongyan Academic Degree Applied for : Training Program Speciality : anic Chemistry Affiliation : School of Science Date of Defence : July , 2014 摘要半导体纳米材料由于具有高的比表面积以及很独特的性质使其成为现代人们研究的热点,共创环境友好型社会也是我们每一个人的目标。而在保护环境, 处理污染方面,半导体光催化降解有机污染物的能力不容忽视,并且有着广阔的发展前景。本实验通过静电纺丝技术制备了醋酸锌/ 聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(ZnAC/PVP) 复合纤维,并将复合纤维通过 600 ℃高温煅烧得到 ZnO 无机纳米纤维,探讨了不同的煅烧温度对 ZnO 无机纳米纤维的影响;为了进一步研究静电纺丝法制备复合无机纳米纤维,将醋酸锌(ZnAC) 、钛酸四丁酯(TBOT) 、聚合物(PVP) 混合得到前驱体纺丝液,制备出 ZnAC/TBOT/PVP 复合纳米纤维,经600 ℃高温煅烧后制得 ZnO-TiO 2 复和无机纳米纤维,并对煅烧前后的纳米纤维通过 SEM 观测其微观形貌,通过 XRD 、FT-IR 对其进行表征,对煅烧后的 ZnO 纳米纤维和 ZnO-TiO2 复合无机纳米纤维进行光催化性能测试。关键词: 静电纺丝; ZnO ;纳米纤维;光催化 Electrospun ZnO and ZnO-TiO2 Micro/nanofibers Liu Tianrui 1, Wang Yuhao 2, Tang Dongyan 1,* 1 High School Attached to Harbin Normal University, 30,Xuefu Road,Nangang District, Harbin ,150001 2 Harbin Middle School , 415,Guogeli St, Nangang District , Harbin , 150001 Semiconductor nanomaterials have high surface area and unique properties. In this work, zinc acetate(ZnAc)/posite fibers were prepared by electrospinning technique and pure anic ZnO nanofibers were then obtained after the calcination of posite fibers at 600 ℃ for . In order to prepare posite nanofibers by electrospinning technique, ZnAc/TBOT/posite fibers were fabricated, and then ZnO-TiO2 posite nanofibers were then obtained after the calcination of posite fibers. Then the anic ZnO nanofibers and ZnO-posite nanofibers were tested to investigate the photocatalytic performance by the degradation of Rhodamine B.
