I 摘要地球模拟器是在地面上标定卫星敏感器精度的试验设备,通过温控系统调节热地球与地球光阑的温度差来模拟地球与太空辐射的亮度差。本文主要是研究小型地球模拟器中热地球的温度控制系统。本文设计的基于 AT89S52 单片机的温控装置,以 AT89S52 单片机为控制核心;选用 PT100 铂电阻作为温度信号的采集元件,并采用四线制接法消除导线误差;采用 16位∑-Δ型 A/D 转换芯片 AD7705 实现无丢失代码转换;采用多路选择开关实现多路测量;设计了 LC D 显示电路和 4×4 矩阵键盘电路,提供了人机接口;采用电热膜和闭环 PID 控制的方法对热地球的温度进行控制。最后对温控装置进行了实验,通过对实验数据的分析表明本文所述的温控装置的合理性。关键词: AT89S52 PT100 铂电阻四线制电热膜闭环 PID II Abstract Earth Simulator is the test equipment to standardize the satellite sensor precision on the ground. The system regulate s the difference of temperature between hot earth and earth stop to simulate the difference of temperature between Earth and space radiation intensity through temperature control system. T his paper mainly studies the temperature control system of small-scale earth simulator ’shot earth. Thet emperature c ontrol equipment b ased onm icrocontroller AT89S52 of this paper uses microcontroller AT89S52 as the control center; selects PT100 platinum resistor as the temperature signal gathering part , and uses four-wire form for eliminating the lead resistance errors ; uses a16 bits sigma-delta A/D conversion chip AD7705 to realize no missing codes conversion; uses multi-selector switch chip to realize multi-circuit detection ; LCD display circuit and 4×4 matrix keyboard circuit are designed for providing a man-machine interface; electric film heating and closed loop PID are used to control the temperature of the hot earth. At last, do experiments on the temperature control equipment. The experiment data shows that the temperature control equipment is rationality.
