[在此处键入]无皂乳液聚合法制备单分散聚苯乙烯微球的研究摘要随着科学技术的发展,单分散微球的应用越来越广泛。如何调控影响因素,制备出不同粒径的单分散微球,对推动单分散微球的应用有着重要意义,尤其是对制备胶体晶体有着非凡的意义。本文选用无皂乳液聚合法合成了聚苯乙烯微球乳液,并对无皂乳液聚合的最新研究动态和应用进行了介绍和总结。为了得到制备单分散微球的有利反应条件,本文研究了无皂乳液聚合体系中反应温度、单体用量、引发剂用量、反应时间等因素对聚苯乙烯微球的粒径及粒径分布的影响, 同时通过透射电子显微镜( TEM) 对聚苯乙烯微球进行了表征分析。实验结果表明:无皂乳液聚合法是制备聚苯乙烯乳液的有效方法,采用适当的反应条件可以得到不同粒径的聚苯乙烯微球,且粒子单分散性好。关键词:无皂乳液聚合;聚苯乙烯微球;单分散; TEM [在此处键入] Preparation of monodisperse polystyrene microspheres by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization Abstract With the development of science and technology, monodisperse microspheres are applied more and more widely. How to control the factors, preparing for different particle sizes of monodisperse microspheres, isof great significance to improve the application of monodisperse microspheres, especially on the preparation of colloidal crystals. In this paper, an emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization technique was chosen to synthesise PS particles, and the latest research developments and application of the soap-free emulsion polymerization were introduced. In order to determine the favorable reaction conditions for the preparation of monodisperse microspheres, this paper researched reaction temperature, monomer dosage, initiator dosage, reaction time and other factors on the size of polystyrene microspheres and particle size distribution in the soap-free emulsion system, besides PS particles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The result showed that , the emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization technique was an effective method to synthesise PS particles, and polystyrene microspheres with different particle sizes could be obtained by using appropriate reaction conditions, which had good monodispersity.
