随着经济的发展,采购管理工作得到了企业越来越多的重视,供应商管理库存采
购模式是一种由供应商承担补货责任的采购策略,它的优点是采购企业没有库存成
本、采购费用几乎为零、降低了采购活动中“牛鞭效应”。供应商管理库存采购模式
在大型零售流通企业中应用较多,但是在生产型企业中应用较少。本论文主要通过定
性、定量、案例分析和对比分析方法,分析研究生产型企业应用供应商管理库存采购
模式运行过程、控制流程、供应商管理、运行效果等内容,解决生产型企业如何导入
和运行供应商管理库存采购模式的重点工作。
采购商通过运行供应商管理库存采购模式,第一,节约呆滞物料成本、库存物料
成本、仓库管理成本、采购相关成本及其它管理成本等;第二,缩短采购周期、加快
产品换型、提高综合管理能力,进而提高企业市场适应能力。供应商管理库存模式也
能为供应商带来利益,主要是它为供应商带来了稳定的客户、降低了物流成本、提高
企业商誉。供应商管理库存采购模式为供需双方都带来了极大的成本节约,是一个双
赢的合作模式,为供需双方谋取了最大利益,它从某种意义上讲是节约了社会交易成
本。

ABSTRACT

Along economic development, Procurement management has been growing more
attention by enterprises. “Vendor Managed Inventory” model is a kind of procurement
strategy that suppliers bear replenishment responsibility, its advantage is that enterprises do
not have inventory cost, purchasing costs are almost zero, which greatly reduces “bullwhip
effect” that in the procurement activities. Previously, “Vendor Managed Inventory” mode
main apply in the large retail panies, but in the production-oriented
enterprises are less run. In this paper, primarily through qualitative, quantitative and
comparative analysis of methods, analysis the production-oriented enterprises how to run
the “Vendor Managed Inventory” mode, run processes, control processes, supplier
management, run results and other content, the main content is to solve the
production-oriented enterprises run the “Vendor Managed Inventory” mode.
Buyers by run the “Vendor Managed Inventory” model, firstly, saving the sluggish
material costs, inventory material cost, warehouse management cost, procurement-related
cost and other administrative cost, etc.; secondly, to shorten the procurement cycle, speed
up product change and upgrade, to improve integrated management capabilities, thereby
