华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要发动机燃油消耗是评价发动机经济性的重要指标。油耗测量方法和油耗仪的优劣,直接影响经济性评价的准确性。开展发动机燃油消耗测量方法的研究,旨在提高现用油耗仪的测量精度,简化仪器标定校准操作。研究内容涉及接口电路设计,零点、增益校准,~D采集数据处理的控制算法。在油耗测量的传统设计方法中,模拟接口电路必须设置前置放大器。在测量仪器标定校准时,需要调整模拟电路的零点、增益、基准电压电位器。模拟参数调整, 长期以来一直存在校准精度重复性和稳定性差的弊端。发动机油耗测量时,采集数据未经控制算法处理被计算直接引用,油耗计算结果误差波动大。发动机燃油消耗测量方法的研究,体现了接口电路设计和软件编程的几项关键应用技术:应用Z一△A/D转换技术,称重传感器直接与A/D转换器接口,取消前置放大器。零点、增益数字校准,取代调整电位器的模拟校准。静态标定、动态测量A/D采集数据处理,采用算术平均滤波、一阶数字低通滤波控制算法,提高测量精度。应用发动机燃油消耗测量方法的研究结果,开发设计了EME402油耗仪。在应用效果评价实验中,%oFS以内,小于以往5‰FS的测量误差。动态测量燃油消耗量值重复性误差,%,~ l%的重复性误差,测量数据精确度高。下~步的研究方向是动态测量的控制算法,传感器交流激励,CAN总线的发动机燃油消耗测量仪。关键词:油耗测量,油耗仪,接口电路,校准,控制算法华中科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract ThefIlelconsumption is allimportant index toevaluatetheeconomic performance of ,the measure method offuelconsumption and thequality offuel meter influence uracy ofeconomy assessment directly.
