摘要
模具是一种技术密集、资金密集型产品,在我国国民经济巾的地位也非常重要。模具工业已被我国正式确定为基础产业,并在“十五”中列为重点扶持产业。由于新技术、新材料、新工艺的不断发展,促使模具技术不断进步,对人才的知识、能力、素质的要求也在不断提高。
课题主要完成USB接口插件弯曲模具设计。USB接口插件弯曲模具的开形状为四直角成“口”字形,首先对USB接口插件的材料要求和性能进行了工艺分析,作为USB接口插件,对此形状要求严格,所以不能一次成型,需要二次成型,由此,设计了成形结构方案,采用二次成型的方案,并对模具设计的总体方案进行了确定;然后对模具的具体结构进行了设计计算,选择相应零件的材料和结构;最后设计了模具的总装图和部分零件图。
