对策探讨
摘要:随着中的提高,每年都有大量的农民工进入城镇务工,他们为社会经济的发展作出了巨大贡献,但这一群体长期以来都游离于现有的社会保障体系之外。农民工作为作为一个特殊的社会群体,社会保障权益问题越来越受到各方面的重视。但是由于体制、观念、立法等方面原因,面向农民工的社会保障制度还很不完善。文章对农民工社会保障权益缺失的现状、问题及原因作了简要的分析,并在此基础上提出了农民工社会保障权益缺失的治理对策。

Researching on the Actuality, Reasons and Solutions of the Lacking in the Society Protection Rights of the Migrant Worker
Abstract: With the development of China’s urbanization, a number of migrant workers go to work in the urban areas, they make great contribution to socio-economic development, but this group has long drifted away from the existing social security system. Farmers working as a special social groups, the problem of social security rights and interests has been taken more and more attention. However, because of the system, concepts, legislation and other reasons, for migrant workers social security system is still imperfect. This paper analyses the migrant workers’social security rights missing status, problems and the reasons, and then also offers some constructive strategies.
