【摘要】随着市场的国际化,对企业产品的质量与服务的要求越来越高,市场竞争日趋激烈企业在竞争中面临着严峻的考验、部分企业甚至可能被淘汰。企业要适应新的国内外形势在竞争中求生存,在生存中求发展,就必须提高企业竞争力和抗风险能力,将加强企业内部信息化建设,接账户信息技术,提高内部运作效率,提高管理水平。在降低成本的同时达到提高企业竞争力的目的。而建立一套完善适用的企业管理信息系统(Management Information System,简称MIS)无疑是实现上述目的有力手段之一。但很少有针对具体企业的MIS的研究,较少考虑企业的特殊情况,因而造成实施成功率低,浪费严重的现象。因此,对一企业MIS进行有针对性研究,并由此构造一个具有代表性的系统构建方法将具有重要的实用价值。

【Abstract】With the internationalization of markets, on the quality of the products and services of enterprises an increasingly high demand, petition ing increasingly petition in the enterprise faces a severe test, some enterprises may even be eliminated. Enterprises should adapt to the new situation at home and abroad to survive in petition, survival and development, on the need to improve petitiveness of enterprises and risk-resistant ability, strengthen the construction of enterprise Informationization, receive account information technology, improve the efficiency of internal operations, improve the level of management. Achieve the objective of improving petitiveness while reducing costs. And the establishment of a sound application of enterprise's management information system (Management Information System, MIS for short) is undoubtedly one of the powerful means of achieving the above purposes. But there were few specific enterprise MIS research, less consideration of the particular circumstances, resulting in the implementation of the low ess rate, wasted serious phenomenon.
Therefore, targeted research on Enterprise MIS, and system construction method for constructing a representative will have important practical value.
