[Abstract] Objective pare the therapeutic effect of Safflower injection and Danshen injection in treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo and their impact on y-four patients with vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo through clinical diagnose were randomly divided into Safflower treatment group(n=50) and Danshen treatment group (n=44). The course of treatment was 14 days. Examination of hemorheology and ultrasound Doppler were performed in the two groups before and after the treatment. Results (1) The total efficiency in the Safflower treatment group was %,which was better than % in the Danshen treatment group (); markedly effective rate in the Safflower treatment group was %,which was better than % in the Danshen treatment group(). (2) There were significant difference in the hemorheology indexs such as whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit in the Safflower treatment group and the Danshen treatment group before and after treatment ().
