幼儿园中大班教师绘本教学的现状及策略研究样稿.doc

摘 要
绘本是二十一世纪国际公认、最适合幼儿阅读图画书，作为儿童早期阅读材料
新生力量契合了纲要目标，对幼儿发展相关键意义，然而现在幼稚园绘本教学水平参
差不齐，极大造成了绘本教育价值缺失。
本研究意在了解石家庄市幼稚园中大班老师绘本教学现实状况，并针对存在问题提出相
应提议，期望为以后幼稚园中大班老师绘本教学提供依据。
本研究分别从省直和市直两个不一样等级幼稚园随机选择 5 位老师作为观察对象，
其中大班 3 名，中班 2 名，采取观察法和访谈法，利用 DV 摄像手段统计绘本教学活动
全过程，分别就老师对绘本选择、研读和分析、作品内容整合、图文关系把握、
教学方法和策略利用、教学形式设置、师幼关系建构多个方面进行分析，得出以
下结论：
石家庄市幼稚园中大班老师绘本教学中值得肯定地方在于：老师对绘本选择具
有多元性和适宜性特点；能在整合理念下展开教学活动；教课时能抓住绘本本质
特征以“读图”为主，重视发展幼儿视觉阅读能力。
石家庄市幼稚园中大班老师绘本教学中存在问题:第一，幼稚园绘本教学缺乏计划
性、系统性；第二，老师存在拿来主义思想，对绘本作品研读不够深入；第三，重图轻
文式看图讲述，忽略了原文汉字字艺术价值；第四，“问答式”讲读，老师提问
和应答策略有效性不高；第五，绘本教学方法单一；第六，绘本教学形式套路化；第七，
幼儿主体地位未能凸显。
为处理以上存在问题，本研究提出以下提议：借助园本课程、园本教研促进绘本
教学开展；建立开放有序学****共同体，提升老师研读、分析绘本作品能力；采取全
文朗诵、分角色朗诵等策略改变重图轻文式教学；提升老师提问和应答策略有效性；
利用多元阅读教学方法；完善教学手段，拓展活动形式；创设幼儿主体宽松教学环
境。

Abstract
Picture books are regarded internationally as the most suitable materials for children to
read in the twenty-first century, which not only agree with the aim of the guidelines as a new
strength for the early children reading, but also play an essential role in the children’s
development. However, current nursery schools are on various teaching levels of children
literature, which causes the educational value loss of picture books.
The paper is designed to understand the present teaching situation of picture books in
kindergarten medium and higher classes in Shi Jiazhuang, and proposes the corresponding
suggestions for the existing problems in hope of providing the scientific basis for the future
teaching of picture books in the kindergarten in Shi Jiazhuang urban area.
The research takes five teachers randomly from nursery schools on the city level and
province level as the subjects for observation, among whom three are teaching in higher
classes and two in medium classes. Through observation, interview and recording of teaching
processes by DV, the author draws the conclusion in terms of selecting, reading, analyzing of
picture books, the grasp of the relationship between content
