反应精馏法制二甲醚工艺及其配套设备技术

摘要:本文介绍了二甲醚技术开发的背景以及现有二甲醚制备技术的现状,并对现有的各
种二甲醚制备技术进行经济性对比分析,认为提高 CO 的单程转化率、甲醇的单程转化率和
选择性是最经济生产二甲醚的关键;高效的反应和分离设备是实现规模化的支撑,要解决国
家发改委提出的百万吨级二甲醚,必须从工艺和设备两方面同时着手。另外本文详细介绍
了两步法反应精馏液相催化脱水法合成二甲醚的工艺及其配套的倾斜立体长条复合塔板和
高效率复合塔板的特点、性能参数和应用。

The technology of synthesizing dimethyl ether using reaction
rectification and its mating equipments

Abstract: The paper introduces the background of dimethyl mther production technology and
research status of synthesizing dimethyl ether, and parative analysis on various of
dimethyl ether production a consequence it is suggested that the key of the most
economical dimethyl ether production is promoting the single-pass conversion of CO and the
single-pass conversion and productivity of methanol; the Support of achieving mass production is
high efficient reaction and separation equipment. So to solve the problem of a million-ton class
dimethyl ether production technology, the contrary could attack from both the technology and
equipment. In addition,the paper introduces the technology of synthesizing dimethyl ether using
