上汽集团财务分析.doc

摘 要
企业财务报表是反应企业经营状况的重要资料之一，通过企业财务报表可以分析企业的偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力、成长能力进行全面分析，为企业的发展做好引导性作用。因而本文以上汽为例，对上汽的财务报表进行研究分析，通过财务报表数据进而发现企业在管理、发展过程中存在的问题与不足。首先，本文对上汽财务分析现状及其存在的问题进行分析；其次剖析上汽财务分析中存在的不足；再次，提出提升与规划上汽集团财务分析问题的策略，最后对上汽财务分析进行全方位的评价。继而通过本文的研究，对我国企业的财务分析研究提供相应的理论依据。

Abstract

Then, through the study of this article to our country enterprise financial analysis and research to provide the corresponding theory basis.

财务分析是指在财务报表和其他资料的基础之上，运用一系列专门的分析技术和方法，对企业的财务状况、经营状况、成果以及发展趋势所做的分析和评价。财务分析的目的是为了企业的财务运行状况和发展趋势，为企业自身以及利益相关者做决策
