本毕业设计是电动叉车的动力装置，提升的额定载荷是1000kg，叉车自重3000 kg，蓄电池电压48v，行驶速度5km/h，行驶加速度10，实心轮胎直径400mm，传动为一级齿轮和差速器，。设计的主要内容包括动力蓄电池和直流电机驱动系统，其中直流电机驱动部分主要是根据其工作原理绘出原理图，再根据其负载来设计，在此之中最要引起我们重视的电机的选择。而电机的设计主要是参考同类叉车的来加以改进，从而达到我们设计的要求。本设计的叉车适用于粮油仪器烟草棉花食品等各类仓库及车站、码头等场所。其结构紧凑、外形小巧、转弯半径小、环保性能好且稳定性好的特点，使它能在狭窄通道和有限空间内作业。设计所采用的设计方法有：传统的设计方法与现代研究方法相结合，计算机辅助设计（AutoCAD、SolidWorks）

Abstract

The design of forklifts apply to tobacco Cotton Oil equipment and other kinds of food storage and bus stations, ports and other places. Its compact structure, compact shape, small turning radius, good environmental performance and good stability characteristics, enable it to the narrow channel and limited space operations.
