光合产氢菌群生长特性的研究

摘要[ 目的] 研究光合制氢过程中光合产氢菌群生长繁殖与环境条件, 为大规模培养条件的优化提供依据。[ 方法] 研究光合产氢菌
群在不同温度、接种量、光照强度、pH 值等培养条件下生长状况。[ 结果] 光合产氢菌群比较适宜的生长条件为: 温度30 ℃, 光照强度大
于1 000 lx ,pH 值 7 左右, 接种量10 % 。[ 结论] 光照强度、温度和pH 值对光合产氢菌群生长的影响较大, 接种量对光合产氢菌群生长的
影响较小。恒光照是保证光合产氢菌群生长的重要条件。

Abstract [ Objective] The research ai med to study the growth and environmental conditions of PSBG and to provi de the basis for the opti mization of con-
ditions for large-scale production . [ Method] The growth of PSBgroup was studied withthe different conditions of te mperature , inoculation amount , illumi-
nationintensity and pHvalue . [ Result] The best growth conditions of EPSBG were as follows : te mperature of 30 ℃, illuminationintensity of more than
1 000 lx , pHval ue of 7 , and inoculation amount of 10 % . [ Conclusion] The illuminationintensity , temperature and pHvalue influenced PSBgroup growth
