山东大学硕士学位论文激光焊接关键技术的研究姓名:陈辉申请学位级别:硕士专业:电子与通信工程指导教师:冯德军;范世军 2012-10-25 山东大学硕士学位论文摘要激光焊接是利用激光束聚焦后所获得的能量高,方向性好的光束照射在工件所需的焊接部位,使光能转化为热能,从而融化金属进行焊接的一种工艺方法。 20世纪60年代以来,随着C02,YAG等激光器的诞生,材料加工的领域被大大扩大,激光焊接就是激光应用的重要方面之一。与传统的焊接方式相比较,激光焊接的特点是单位时间内融化的面积大,焊接效率高,可以采用自动化生产,焊接技术比较均匀,晶粒很小,通过激光焊接焊出的焊缝美观、干净。本文详细介绍了激光焊接技术的产生背景、发展现状、特点及应用前景,论述了光纤激光器的构成,并对激光焊接薄钢板进行了实验。 瓦连续波掺镱掺杂光纤激光器光纤光栅纳入布拉格编造单模光敏纤维实验,信噪 1:1".60分贝,斜率效率为64%。在进行激光焊接实验过程中发现了影响实验的几个因素,并通过实验研究找到了提高焊接成功率的具体做法。sol软件建模分析了焊点的温度分布情况,得出激光焊接薄钢板的温度场的二位、三维分布。分析了济南锅炉激光现有的焊接工艺并展望了下一步的改进思路。最后展望了激光焊接技术在其他领域的应用。关键词:激光:激光焊接;光纤激光器;能量密度;聚焦山东大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT Laser welding is one ofthewelding technologies,which use thefocused laser beam toheatthewelding position the960s,埘t}1 the birth of C02,YAG andotherlasers,the fieldofmaterialsprocessing hasbeengreatlyexpanded such aslaser"drilling,laser welding and welding hasmany superior pared诵t}l traditional welding methods,for example,having larger melting area per unittime,high welding efficiency,a highdegree ofautomation and relatively uniform welding positions,which makes thewelding appearance bemore exquisite andclean.
