The design and production of PVC by suspension method, the paper introduces the production of PVC by suspension method resin polymerization mechanism, need to be aware of the problems in the process of technology, including the quality influencing factors, technical condition and various additives in the synthesis process selection, description of how the polymerization process in detail. And from material balance, heat balance, and equipment selection three aspects to carry on the accurate calculation and process calculation, on the site selection, adopted the lightning protection and other important measures for fire and explosion prevention, the treatment to three wastes recycling and so on has carried on the narration.
