下吸式固定床气化炉气化特性研究
摘要:生物质型CCHP系统中气化炉作为产气源,其气化特性将直接影响整个系统的能量输出和运行特
性。本文以一台下吸式固定床气化炉为研究对象,运用了热化学平衡原理构建了理论模型,分别讨论了
空气/生物质摩尔比率m、含湿量w、污泥占比对气化反应的影响。研究结果表明m的降低和w的增加,
都会提高合成气的高位热值和降低反应温度。而污泥-
红木联合气化反应中,污泥的加入会导致气化反应恶化。

Investigation of gasification characteristics of a
downdraft fixed-bed gasifier

Abstract: Gasifier as producing gas source of Bio-CCHP system, its gasification characteristics directly
affect the energy output and operating characteristics of whole system. In this paper, a downdraft fixed bed
gasifier is studied. A gasifier model is constructed based on thermal chemical equilibrium theory, and
influence of air/biomass mole ratio, moisture content, and sludge content on gasification is evaluated. Results
show that with decrease of biomass/air mole ratio and increase of moisture content, the HHV of syngas
improves and the reaction temperature reduces. While the addition of sludge leads to deterioration of
gasification reaction in the sludge-red wood co-gasification.
