河南城建学院本科毕业设计( 论文) 设计说明 I 年产 6 万吨环氧树脂车间工艺设计设计说明: 环氧树脂生产工艺一般分为一步法和二步法。目前低分子量液体环氧树脂和中分子量固体环氧树脂,一般都采用一步法工艺;高分子量环氧树脂采用二步法。本设计用一步法工艺: 把双酚 A(BPA) 和环氧氯丙烷(ECH) 在氢氧化钠作用下进行缩聚,即开环和闭环在同一反应条件下进行的工艺方法。以双酚 A( BPA )为主要原材料, 合成的环氧树脂称为双酚 A( BPA )型环氧树脂,是目前产量最大、用途最广的环氧树脂,由于它的应用遍及国民经济的众多领域,因此又称为通用型环氧树脂。本设计用此类环氧树脂。本文从生产工艺技术、经济、管理等方面对年产 6万吨环氧树脂进行了详细的论述,内容主要包括:设计依据,工艺路线论证,工艺流程设计,全流程物料衡算,全流程能量衡算,工艺设备选型与计算,车间布置设计,三废处理及其综合利用等。设计主要成果如下: 1每天产量理论值 , 实际产量为 ;实际年产量为 万吨。 2用水蒸气加热的 50000L 闭式搅拌溶解釜;用冰盐水冷却的 50000L 搪玻璃闭式搅拌反应釜,材料为镍铬不锈钢 0Cr18Ni9 。 3主要设备: 浆式搅拌器; 标准椭圆形上封头,锥形下封头; 支承式支座,选用标准为 JB/T472 —92;釜夹套; 1000 L环氧氯丙烷回收釜; 8000 L苯贮槽; 30000 L 脱苯釜;进出料管都选用普通无缝钢管;泵选择屏蔽泵 B;过滤器。 4图纸包括: 1)、工艺流程图 2)、物料图 3)、反应釜的装配图关键词:环氧树脂,一步法,车间工艺设计河南城建学院本科毕业设计(论文) Design Notes II Annual output of 60 000 tons of epoxy resin plant process design Design Notes : Epoxy resin production process is generally divided into one-step and two-step.
