青岛科技人学研究生学位论文丁基壳聚糖膜的制备及性能研究摘要烷基壳聚糖是壳聚糖改性后的产物,具有良好的成膜性。本文利用微波加热的碱化方式,对壳聚糖进行烷基化改性。制备出乙基壳聚糖、丁基壳聚糖、十二烷基壳聚糖、十六烷基壳聚糖。并利用红外、X衍射等手段确定了所得产物的结构。在测定所制备烷基化壳聚糖的抑菌性能中,。因此,以丁基壳聚糖为原料,详细考察了丁基壳聚糖的成膜工艺及其在药物缓释方面的应用。优化了丁基壳聚糖膜的成膜工艺,得到了性能优异的丁基壳聚糖膜的制作工艺:用4%的醋酸溶液溶解丁基壳聚糖,制得浓度为3%的丁基壳聚糖醋酸水溶液, 以其为成膜原液,在玻璃培养皿上流延成膜,40。C温度下烘干,在6%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡3h后脱膜,清水中洗涤膜成中性。该条件下制得的膜,,%,%。利用双膜夹心法将待测药物包裹在膜内。以Vc为模型药物,考察了其在pH 、、、。包裹在膜内的Vc药物会随着丁基壳聚糖膜的降解逐步缓释出来。通过改变缓释环境来控制药物的释放,, 模型药物释放率会在6h达到80%,,体系药物释放率会在8h达到80%。这为以后根据药物不同性质与作用部位的不同来设计相应的药物缓释膜提供了依据。关键词:壳聚糖、烷基壳聚糖、壳聚糖膜、抑菌性、药物缓释丁基壳聚糖膜的制备及性能研究青岛科技人学研究生学位论文 THE STUDY ON PREPARATl0N AND PROPERTIES 0F BUTYL CHITOSAN FILM ABSTRACT Alkylated chitosan which had good film-forming ability was the product of chitosan modification.
