华北电力火学『:稃硕十学何论文摘要摘要火电机组的节能改造和系统优化是机组提高出力、降低能耗的重要途径。本文针对商丘裕东电厂两台300MW机组的运行实际,进行了热力系统、制粉系统、输煤系统、除灰渣系统、主厂房布置和热工控制系统的优化。并对给水泵、循环泵、凝结泵和一次风机等主要辅机进行优化匹配改造。最后根据美国机械工程师协会的相关标准进行了两台机组的性能试验。结果表明汽轮机、锅炉、发电机主辅设备及热力系统运行『F常,各项控制指标均在相关规范和设计要求范围内。汽轮机能在 315MW负荷下安全、经济和连续运行,实现了降低发电成本和节能降耗目的。关键词:系统优化,节能降耗,增容改造,性能试验 ABSTRACT The energy saving modification and system optimization are one of themost important solutions toincrease capacity and decrease energy consumption forpower plant paper,based on theactualsituationofthetwo300MW unitsinShangqiu Yudong power plant, optimization for thermal system,pulverizing system,coal handling system,ash-slag disposal system,main building arrangement and thermal control system are auxiliaries,such asfeedwater pump,circulating pump,condensate pump andprimary fan are alsomodified tomatch theoptimized system inorder to ensure thesafeoperation under the max turbine ording with theASME standards forthese two show thatthesteam turbine,boiler,generator and thermal system are inproper operation,and allthe controlled indices are inthe range with the relevant specificationand design steam turbine can operate attheloadof 35MW with safety,economy and ,all the works done realize the purpose of decreasing power generation costand saving energy.
