重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘要随着我国对可再生能源应用与节能减排工作的不断加强,水地源热泵市场的潜力也被广泛认知。近几年来,地源热泵技术由于其显著的节能环保效果,在各级政府的大力支持下,在我国正在得到迅速的推广和应用,开工项目逐年增加。虽然水地源热泵近年来发展迅速,但是在发展过程中出现了企业盲目跟风、行业进入不限制导致行业市场混乱,只采取单一的地源热泵方式、不能因地制宜合理综合搭配利用多种能源,造成方案不合理、经济性差等很多问题。这些问题的产生,其中的一个重要原因是缺乏有效的效益评价模式对地源热泵系统进行评价分析。本文在此背景下,通过总结国内外关于地源热泵系统的应用情况和推广的经验,从经济技术角度和社会环境角度,整理了影响地源热泵系统推广的相关因素, 并从经济方面进行了研究。从资金的时间价值和国民经济的角度确立了地源热泵系统评价模型的理论基础,分解、选择并分析了地源热泵系统效益评价的评价因素,建立效益评价模型。本文在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,从地源热泵系统的产生和发展着手,采用系统分析和比较分析相结合、实证分析和规范分析相结合的研究方法,对地源热泵系统的特点和与传统模式的比较进行综合分析,并以江北城CBD区域江水源集中供冷供热项目为例进行了探讨,为发展和推广地源热泵技术提供新的动力。关键词:地源热泵,效益评价,推广 ABSTRACT Wn more andmore applications ofrenewable ene昭y resources a11doperations of ene曙y conservation arldemissions reduction,the potential ofusing wate以round source heat puIllpsystem haSbeen、velll( spread in our count巧in recent years wim the support of allleVers ofgovemments because ofits obvious enViromnent ,we alsofaceme probIems aS themarket chaos, theusing of acertain singlegr01蛆d source heatpuI】叩me吐lod aIldlime consideration of Ⅱlelocalconditions making me projects unreaSonable and lacl【ing ofeconomic emciency aSsome ente印rises followaimlessly aIldthedeficiency .
