摘要
当代汽车车身造型的显著特点之一就是利用计算机辅助几何设计,在计算机中建立三维汽车车身的模型。车身覆盖件通常是由一系列复杂的空间曲面构成,这些曲面又由不同曲率的空间曲面通过相互光滑过渡、连接而成,这种连接既要满足零件功能、结构的要求,又要达到平顺、美观、和谐的效果。
我的思路是把汽车三视图导入Catia的Sketck Tracer模块;在freestyle模块中用3D Curve构建汽车对应的轮廓线相交得到车身的三维轮廓线,再回到gsd中用填充、扫掠、桥接曲面、多截面曲面等构面。最后用到圆角、倒角、分割、修剪等处理,车身造型完成后再统一加厚。其他部件都是用类似的方法设计的。车身总布置是在原车的基础上加以改变某些尺寸,再用CATIA的工程制图导出CAD图并加以尺寸标注。

Abstract
Contemporary auto body shape of the notable feature is the use puter-aided geometric design, build three-puter model of the car body. Body panels are usually caused by a series plex space position, these surfaces also different from the curvature of space through mutual surface smooth transition, connecting from, this connection it is necessary to meet the functional parts, structural requirements, but also to achieve smooth, handsome and harmonious results.
My idea is to view the car into three Sketck Tracer modules of CATIA; freestyle modules used in building a 3D Curve vehicle intersect the corresponding contour lines to be three-dimensional contour of the body, and then back filled with gsd, sweeping, blend, such as multi-sections surface. Finally, use fillet, chamfer, partition, pruning treatment, after pletion of a unified body shape thickening. Other parts are similar to the method of design. General layout of the body in the same truck to change the basis of certain size, and then export CATIA engineering CAD drawing and dimensioning Fig.
