公路网规划理论在昭通市公路网规划中应用地研究.pdf

摘要摘要公路网规划是公路建设重要的前期工作之一,是进行公路建设决策有力的支持系统。公路网规划是从科学的实事求是的观点出发,分析模拟区域客货运交通实况,剖析公路网建设发展存在的问题及其根源,预测区域社会经济发展趋势和交通需求,制订合理可行的公路网规划方案及建设时序,为区域公路近期和长远发展建设提供决策依据。传统的数学规划方法尽管有严谨的逻辑和规范的程序, 但往往与实际规划结合不紧密,表现为定性分析与定量分析的脱节,实际系统中有许多参数在决策过程中不确定,模型中无法反映,导致模型的优化结果不合决策者的要求;而实践中决策者的许多规划方法又多是没有经过严格的数学推理, 只用简单的试错法,凭经验筛选出来,可是却比严格的数学规划获得的方案更可行,但经验也难免有片面性,一般这种方案不是最优的。因此,有必要将数学模型决策的优势与专家的经验结合起来,才能使公路网规划更符合实际。本文以常用的四阶段法为基础,通过对公路网规划方法、人口及经济预测、交通需求预测、公路网的合理发展规模预测、布局规划方法、建设项目排序原则等进行了研究,重点讲述以下几个方面的内容:(1)在交通需求预测中各种预测模型的优点和缺点及其适用条件(2)在地(市)级公路网规划中,各种预测模型的正确选用,结合昭通市实际交通状况论证、分析、选用正确的预测模型(3)运用 VBA语言编制交通分布、交通分配模型,改进了交通量多路径分配模型模型的运算方法和程序,进一步简化运算步骤和时间,提高公路网规划工作的效率(4)公路网合理发展规模预测模型及布局规划方法的研究(5)公路网建设项目实施项目排序方法的研究。同时,结合以上研究提出了昭通市未来公路网规划建设的初步方案。关键词:公路网规划:预测:交通需求:布局:排序。摘要 Abstract work planning is an important previousjob of work construction and is an advantageous sustaining system as we are deciding to construct highways。work planning isbased on the scientificfact, analyses and simulates thep删cal U'aljfiC state ofpassenger transport andfTeight in thevarious regions,anatomizes theproblem and itssprmghcad existing in the developing highwayconstruction,forex躺the development direction ofsociety and economy and tra燕cdemand,sets down reasonable layout scheme work andconstructionscheduling inorder toofferthedecision-making basisfor long-dated andlater-day construction of the region mathematics layoutmethod haspreciselogic andnormative program and iseasy tooperate,it often does not tightlink诚搬the practice,its embodiment isdisjointedness between qualitativeanalysisandquantitative lotofquantitative parameters inthe practice can notbeen confirmed e that cannot accordwithrequest ofthedecision-making people。But many layouts of thedecision-making people in thepractice oRen arc shortofrigorous mathematics ratiocinationandempiricist hasunilateralistquality,generally thismethod in not ,it isnecessary tointegrate themathematical predominance withexpertise SO
