不是在敷衍，这样，不仅会让幼儿相信老师是自己随时可以交谈的对象，而且会带动影响幼儿学****耐心倾听别人的讲话。
教师课堂上要注意倾听每个幼儿的发言，专注倾听每个幼儿的发言，不论是对错，流畅或吞吞吐吐，也不管是来诉说或是“打小报告”的，平日里有孩子找老师诉说心事或是“告状”，当孩子有需要时、当孩子想辩解时、当孩子有“悄悄话”想告诉教师时，不论老师手上的工作有多重要，不论有多忙也要停下手中的活儿，一定要抽空去耐心的倾听，倾听他们的心声，安抚他们的情绪。孩子的许多****惯都能从老师身上找到影子，所以，教师在教育教学活动中要特别注意自己的言行，做幼儿的表率。不仅用耳朵更要用心灵倾听，然后帮他们解决遇到的问题。因此,每位教师不妨每天问问自己：“今天，我耐心、专注地倾听孩子了吗?”真正为孩子起到表率的作用。
如班上的小佳，性格较内向，说话断断续续，所以回答问题一直很被动。为了增加孩子的自信心，在孩子发言的时候，教师用鼓励的眼神，耐心倾听的态度，终于孩子变的大胆了，爱说了，不再担忧小伙伴是否嘲笑他，反之其他幼儿很认真的在听，不会因为小佳说话声音小、口吃不清而去笑或是表现很反感。
二、通过复述故事，使幼儿养成用心倾听的****惯。
比如：在欣赏故事《微笑》第一遍时，老师以“故事里有谁？”；第二遍老师以“小蜗牛能为朋友们做些什么？” 、“为什么小蜗牛要把微笑送给朋友？”等问题将幼儿带入故事欣赏中，幼儿倾听就特别专注，对故事的理解就更深入，复述也比较完整。在讲故事前，提醒他们要做一个文明的小观众，要尊重主持人，安静倾听故事，并每次设置一个
