大连理工大学硕士学位论文摘要随着中国高速公路快速发展,交通量以及轴载负担越来越大,对我国新建路面以及旧路改造提出了越来越高的要求。随着沥青改性剂的深入研究,酸性改性剂越来越成为当前热点之一。多聚磷酸能够较好的改善沥青或沥青混合料的高温性能,提高沥青混合料的路用性能,延长沥青路面的使用寿命,并具有高温储存稳定好、不易离析等优点, 具有较好的经济社会效益。本文采用多聚磷酸作为沥青改性剂,通过一系列的室内试验,对多聚磷酸改性沥青的感温性能、高温稳定性能,低温稳定性能以及耐老化性能进行研究,对多聚磷酸改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性,水稳定性以及低温抗裂性能进行实验,探索不同给的多聚磷酸含量对改性沥青和沥青混合料的性能改善效果。试验结果表明:随着多聚磷酸改性剂掺量的增加,可以明显改善改性沥青的感温性能和高温稳定性;%时,改性沥青的低温抗裂性能提升较显著;%时,改性沥青的耐老化性能提升效果最为突出,其他掺量改善效果均不太明显。多聚磷酸改性剂的掺加,使改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性略有提升,对其水稳定性改善效果不明显,而用石灰粉代替矿粉拌合成的沥青混合料,其高温稳定性、水稳定性都有了显著改善。关键词:多聚磷酸;改性沥青;沥青混合料;性能研究万方数据多聚磷酸改性沥青的性能研究 Perfonnance Research ofPolyphosphoric AcidModi6ed Asphalt Abstract With the rapid deVelopment ofhighway inChina,tra伍cvol啪e and a)(1eload are increasing,which puts fonVard higher requirements fortheconstmction ofnew road and the maintenance more and more research on asphalt modifier,acidic modi6ers haVe increasingly e one ofthehotresearch “c acid can inlproVe the hi曲temperature ofasphalt binder or asphalt concrete,improVe asphalt paVement perfbnnance,extend the lifeofasphalt paVement,haS hjgh temperature storage stability,and isdifbcult acid has more socio—economic benefits thansome otherpolymers.
