1．认真学****公司及学校的规章制度，并严格要求自己！
2．多与同事交流，多与学生交流，让学生适应我的课堂教学模式，做到师生共同促进；加强学生训练，争取在市、区书画比赛中荣获佳绩。
3．在现有的教学条件下加强绘画创作教学，教给学生绘画构图技巧，提高学生自由创作能力。
4．利用课余时间制作美术课件，学会运用网络资源，通过多种教学手段、多渠道激发学生学****美术的兴趣。对学生要多鼓励少批评，让他们真正爱上美术。
