天津市WQ区现代都市型农业发展模式研究.pdf

中文摘要现代都市型农业是我国大城市郊区农业发展的新形式。现代都市型农业发展,通过拓展农业功能,延长了农业产业链,实现了一、二、三产业融合发展,有力的促进了农业增效、农民增收。本文运用管理学的一般原理和系统分析方法,对WQ区现代都市型农业发展模式进行了研究,形成以下结论:1、通过界定现代都市型农业定义,并解剖现代都市型农业发展的特征,对天津现代都市型农业发展成就及存在的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上,提出天津现代都市型农业发展定位,即天津现代都市型农业在完善产业体系和功能体系的基础上,努力建成:天津美丽乡村建设的产业支撑、区域性安全健康农产品供给基地、环渤海现代农业示范服务中心、京津城市带的生态屏障和休闲农业和生态旅游目的地。2、为了解WQ区现代都市型农业发展的基础,本文对WQ区现代都市型农业发展的区位及交通条件、资源环境条件进行了分析,通过统计数据,剖析了WQ区农业发展的历史沿革及目前农业发展的现状特点,并阐述了农业发展的支撑体系。3、采用SWOT分析方法,对WQ区现代都市型农业发展的内外部环境进行了分析,并采用综合评价方法,对WQ区现代都市型农业发展进行了综合评价,并提出战略选择方向。在以上研究基础上,明确WQ区现代都市型农业发展的思路、定位与目标,设计出现代都市型农业发展的总体布局和发展方向,最终提出了WQ区现代都市型农业发展的七大模式,即:种植业一体化、养殖业一体化、科技良种繁育、农产品加工物流、休闲观光农业、创意农业和乐活农业等模式。4、围绕WQ区现代都市型农业发展模式,从完善规划保障体系、加强科技体系建设、推进经营组织创新、建立公共服务体系、完善配套扶持政策、加快土地制度改革、打造农业“放心区”和强化政府服务职能等八方面提出了对策建议。关键词:现代都市型农业;SWOT分析;休闲观光;一体化;模式选择ABSTRACTThe modern urban agriculture is a new form of the agriculture development on the outskirts in expandingagricultural function,the development of modern urban agriculture extend the agricultural industrial chainand realizetheintegrationanddevelopmentof the first industry, the second industry and the third industry, which vigorously promote agricultural synergismand e.
