基因序列保守区设计特异性引物和探针，建立一种针对 NiV 的 TaqMan 探针荧光定量 PCR（qPCR）检测方法，
该方法特异性好、敏感性高、稳定性强，可鉴别 NiV 与其他猪病病毒，扩增效率为 102%，最低检测限
copies/μL，敏感性高于常规 PCR 10 倍，该检测方法的建立可为 NiV 的快速检测提供技术手段，对促进猪类养
殖业的健康发展具有重要意义。
