厚度对Ni-Nb薄膜结构和光学性能的影响 Modern Physics 现代物理, 2022, 8(4), 1101-203
Published Online July 2022 in Hans. httce morphology of the films were characterized by UV VIS spectrophotometer, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The XRD results show that the Ni-Nb film is amorphous. The AFM images show that the Ni-Nb films have uniform and dense microstructure with mean roughness of nm. The projection and reflectance spectra indicate that Ni-Nb thin film with 140 nm exhibits ex-cellent optical properties. Keywords Bias Magnetron Sputtering, Optical Property, Ni-Nb Thin Film
