云南旅游公司盈利能力分析.doc

摘要: 随着人民生活水平的提高, 人们追求享受和娱乐的要求也越来越高, 而旅游业是让人身心愉悦的最好消费方式, 然而在旅游业蓬勃发展的同时也存在着许多问题, 诸如旅游业一到黄金节假日人数爆满, 交通拥挤, 宾馆饭店人满为患, 风景区大量遭到破坏等等诸多问题, 导致大量游客对旅游的满意度降低, 影响了游客再次旅游的欲望, 从而严重影响了旅游业的收入。公司经营的目的就是为了盈利,盈利能力分析是所有财务分析指标中最重要的一个, 盈利能力分析可以更好的了解公司的经营状况、盈利状况。本文通过分析云南旅游公司的盈利能力, 从商品经营盈利能力分析、资本经营盈利能力分析、资产经营盈利能力分析和上市公司盈利能力分析四个方面作出阐述[[]] ,从而找出云南旅游公司存在的问题,针对这些问题提出解决的对策。关键词:盈利能力,指标分析,问题,对策 Abstract: with the development of economy, people's living standards improve, tourism has e the preferred consumption of people, but in the tourism industry booming also exist at the same time many problems, such as tourism to Golden Holidays the number of full, traffic congestion, overcrowded hotels, scenic area a lot of destruction and so on many problems, resulting in visitors to tourist satisfaction is reduced, affect the amount of subsequent source, which has seriously affected the tourism e.
