1000MW 机组脱硫效率低原因分析及解决方案刘顺望(国电泰州发电有限公司,江苏省泰州市高港区永安洲镇 225327 ) 摘要: 湿法脱硫因其自身优点应用十分广泛, 但自身工艺上也存在无法避免的问题而影响效率。针对 1000M W 机组脱硫效率降低的问题,采用排除方法,逐项分析论证,通过吸收塔浆液循环泵效率实验,发现了吸收塔浆液循环泵脱硫效率存在不同程度的下降,结合其运行参数,确认脱硫效率下降的原因为吸收塔喷淋层堵塞,并进一步分析了吸收塔喷淋层堵塞原因,从系统设计、设备检修、运行调整等方面入手,实施系统扩容改造,采取针对性的设备整治和生产管理等措施,保证了脱硫效率的长期高效稳定运行。关键词: 脱硫效率;吸收塔浆液循环泵;实验;喷淋层;磨损;堵塞 Analysis of the causes of the low desulfurization efficiency of 1000MW unit and solving scheme Liu Shunwang (Guodian Taizhou Power Generation Co.
