稀土元素掺杂纳米TiO2光催化降解亚甲基蓝研究
【摘要】:亚甲基蓝是废水中主要的有机污染物之一,是废水处理的主要对象。对于这个污染问题,选择用具有发展前景的光催化材料纳米TiO2来作为光催化剂,对亚甲基蓝进行光催化降解的研究,从而提供了对印染废水处理的有效方法。虽然TiO2光催化剂是一种理想的催化剂,但是TiO2的光催化活性较低,限制了它的应用。因此对TiO2进行掺杂改性来提高光催化活性和对太阳光的利用,可以更好地降解污染物。
在本实验中,用直接热氧化法来制备稀土元素(La、Ru)掺杂TiO2纳米复合膜(光催化剂),采用SEM、XRD、电化学测试等手段对TiO2复合膜的结构、成分和表面形貌进行性能表征测试,并用甲基蓝溶液为降解物来评价稀土掺杂后TiO2复合膜的光催化性能。实验结果表明:稀土掺杂后的TiO2复合膜与未掺杂的TiO2复合膜相比,稀土掺杂后的TiO2复合膜具有较好的光催化活性。

The research of rare earth element doped nanometer TiO2 photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue
【Abstract】: Methylene blue as one of the anic pollutants in the printing and dyeing wastewater, so is an important object of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment. In response to this serious pollution problem, chose an environmental protection nanometer TiO2 photocatalysis materials for the degradation of methylene blue which is vast application of development, and provide an effective method of treatment printing and dyeing wastewater. TiO2 is a kind of ideal photocatalyst, but TiO2 photocatalysis have a ing of low activity that make its application has been limited. In order to improve the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 and utilization of visible light, so as to achieve the degradation of pollutants, we do a research of TiO2 modified by doped.
In this experiment, rare earth element(La, Ru) doped nanometer TiO2 prepared by direct thermal oxidation. Using SEM, XRD and electrochemical measurement of posite film structure, composition and surface morphology of performance characterization, and for the degradation of methylene blue solution after to evaluate rare earth doped TiO2 photocatalytic performance of posite results showed that: posite film of rare earth doped posite pared to the undoped, posite film of rare-earth doped with good photocatalytic activity.
