【摘要】临床教学是医学研究生教育的重要组成部分,而临床思维能力的培养是临床教学的核心之一。该研究就临床教学过程中如何加强内科学研究生临床思维能力的培养,通过应用PBL启发式教学法,开展互动式及病例讨论式教学法,重视培养医学研究生正确的人生观以及如何深入临床及提高临床教学质量方面进行了有益的探索。

【Abstract】 Clinical teaching is a very important part of medical education. To train medical graduate students have excellent clinical thinking is one of key aspects of clinical teaching. This article talks about some useful researches on how to strengthen the clinical thinking ability of medicine graduate students in clinical teaching and how to make use of the Problem-based learning、mutual learning、discuss learning. At the same time,it puts attantion on how to educate right outlook on life and how to enter clinic to improve the qualinity of clinical teaching

随着高等医学教育的迅速发展,医学研究生教育工作已成为医科院校的重要组成部分,而临床思维能力的培养是临床医学教学的核心之一。当今就高等医学教育而言则需要我们紧紧围绕着“培养什么样的人才,如何培养”为中心而奋斗,在新形势下要培养高素质的医学人才,就必须重视临床思维能力的培养,即把医学生培养成为“思考型”专业人才。通过加强医学研究生尤其是内科学研究生的临床思维能力的训练,培养他们在临床学****中正确分析问题、解决问题及独立工作的能力,有助于他们临床实践能力的提高。现就如何强化临床思维能力的培养在以下几个方面进行探讨。
