品管圈活动在降低骨折患者压疮发生率中的应用效果
[摘要]目的探讨品管圈活动在降低骨折患者压疮发生率的应用效果。方法未开展品管圈活动前,随机选取2014年1~10月骨科骨折住院患者70例作为对照组;开展品管圈活动后,随机选取2015年11月~2016年8月骨科住院的骨折患者70例为观察组。对照组患者实施骨科传统常规护理,观察组患者在对照组护理基础上开展综品管圈活动,观察两组患者压疮发生率、护士压疮防范能力和患者对护理服务满意程度。%,%,观察组明显低于对照组(χ2=,P=)。%,%(χ2=,P=)。结论开展品管圈活动不仅能显著降低骨折患者压疮发生率,而且能提高护士防范压疮能力和患者对护理服务满意度。
