【摘要】学****中药中内酯类成分的提取分离及检识,通过实验要求:
1、掌握从穿心莲中提取、分离穿心莲内酯的操作方法。2、熟悉穿心莲内酯类成分的性质和检识方法。3、了解去除叶绿素的方法。方法:穿心莲中的内酯类化合物易溶于甲醇、乙醇、***等溶剂,故利用性质选用乙醇提取之;穿心莲中含有大量叶绿素,可用活性炭脱色除去叶绿素类杂质;利用穿心莲内酯与杂质在乙酸乙酯中溶解度不同,初步分离。结果:%。结论:实验产率太低,主要原因是加热多次破坏穿心莲内酯,活性炭用量把握不准使穿心莲内酯过多损失。
