[摘要] 目的探讨小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的超声表现,明确高频彩超诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床意义。方法对80例已诊断为肠系膜淋巴结炎的患儿进行高频彩超探查。结果 80例患儿腹腔内均探及数个椭圆形淋巴结,且肿大淋巴大多结纵横比≥2,长轴径>10 mm,绝大多数<20 mm,多呈串珠状排列,经治疗后,患儿症状、体征逐渐消失,声像图显示淋巴结个数及大小均有不同程度缩小,长轴<10 mm,短轴<5 mm,内部血流较治疗前减少。结论高频彩超可快速准确的诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎,在临床中可作为诊断的首选方法。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the ultrasonic manifestation of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children, clarify the clinical significance of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound for the diagnosis of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children. Methods High frequency color Doppler ultrasound ed in 80 cases of children diagnosed as mesenteric lymphadenitis. Results A number of oval lymph nodes en of 80 cases of children, and the aspect ratio of most of the enlarged lymph nodes≥ 2, axis diameter>10mm, overing majority<20mm, most arranged bead-likely. After treatment, the symptoms and signs of the children disappeared gradually, ultrasonography shober and size of the lymph nodes decreased m, short axis <5mm, internal floent. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound can rapid and accurate diagnose mesenteric lymphadenitis in children and ethod in clinical diagnosis.
