摘要
在毕业实****的基础上,通过对各种工艺流程的生产能力进行比较,同时考虑了格尔木地区的自然条件,分析水、电等能源消耗、原料的供给及运输费用情况。在此基础上进行物料衡算和能量衡算,从而确定出主要工艺设备的型号、尺寸,数量,最后绘制带控制点的工艺流程图、设备平面布置图及主要设备图等,拟定此设计(格尔木地区)用正浮选发年产三万吨***化钾的工艺流程,以满足青海地区对钾肥产品的需求。
