新义煤矿地面固定抽采***系统设计
摘要:,为煤与***突出矿井。其主采煤层是二1煤层,***,属于高***煤层。采用分源预测法计算出该矿的***,***超限严重制约了该矿正常的生产能力。根据《煤矿安全规程》的第一百四十五条规定:~,***涌出量大于30m3/min,必须建立地面固定抽采***系统。
本设计首先根据该矿二1煤层赋存条件、***来源、***管理等级等,设计其回采工作面采用顺层钻孔预抽、采面浅孔预抽和采空区埋管抽采相结合的抽采方式,其掘进工作面采用底板穿层钻孔预抽和顺层钻孔预抽煤层条带***的方法。然后,根据对管网抽放量、管网阻力的计算结果,进行了管路选型和抽采泵的选型,所选用管材均为矿用聚乙烯管,抽采泵选用水环式真空泵2BEC-67型。根据所选管型和抽采泵型号,选择了与之相适应的附属装置。之后,根据新义煤矿地面的建筑布置情况和所选用的抽采泵的尺寸,设计了地面泵站房及其附属建筑的建设。最后,制定了整个抽放系统的安全技术措施。

The ground fixed gas extraction system design of Xinyi Mine
Abstract:Xinyi Mine’s coal capacity of designed annual output is , for coal and gas outburst mines . Its main coal is B1 coal seam , the average level of gas in or so, belong to gas coal seam . I calculate the mine gas emission is using the separate source predicted method . The gas overrun seriously hinder the normal the mine production capacity . According to the one hundred and forty-fifth regulation of the "coal mine safety standards": ~ annual output of the mine, the gas emission is greater than 30m3/min , must build up the ground fixed gas extraction system .
The paper according to the B1 coal seam’s gas bearing conditions, source, gas levels of management , I design the mining face along the layer represents the drilling in shallow holes smoke, face the smoke and goaf buried tube extraction bining the extraction way, the heading face the bottom layer and smoke gets in drilling of coal seam gas drilling the bands of the method of smoke . Then, according to the drainage volume of the work and calculation of work resistance , I design piping selection and extraction pump selection : selection of pipe are mine polyethylene pipe and drainage pump is water ring vacuum pumps 2BEC-67 type .
