摘要
本文将以现行的二手车评估体系入手,首先从从宏观方面阐述了影响我国二手车价格鉴定与评估的交易环境,并对国内外二手车市场的交易状况进行了对比分析,从中找出了我国二手车市场发展存在的问题和须改进的地方。其次,从二手车价格鉴定与评估的概念、原则、要素、特性、操作程序等微观方面分析了影响二手车价格鉴定与评估的相关因素。再次,是从二手车价格评估体系中常用的重置成本法、现行市价法、收益现值法、清算价格法四种估价方法,以及它们各自的适用环境。建立四种评估方法的比对分析表,进行实例分析最终能使二手车价格有个统一的体系,有利于二手车的交易和资源的重新分配。

This article will take the current used-car evaluation system, firstly from the macroscopic aspect elaborated the influence Chinese used-car prices appraisal and evaluation of the trading environment, and took parison and analysis for transaction conditions of second-hand car’s market at home and abroad, which to find out the existing problems and the places that need to be improved in the development of the used car market in China. Besides, analyzing the related factors affect the price of used car appraisal and evaluation from their concept, principles, elements, characteristics, operating procedures, etc. in the microscopic aspects. In addition, establishing the four evaluation methods parative analysis table from a used car price of the replacement cost method monly used in appraisal system, the current market value method, the method of e present value, liquidation price method four valuation methods and their own applicable conditions, and carrying out instance analysis in order to eventually make used car prices have a unified system, is advantageous to the used car t
