摘要:采用熔铸、挤压的方法制备了Zn--,通过蠕变试验机测定了合金的拉伸蠕变性能,借助SEM、TEM、EDS等手段对合金蠕变前后显微组织进行了观察和分析。结果表明:Zn--,稳态蠕变速率分别与应力的对数和温度倒数1/T均有较好的线性关系。在不同温度和应力条件下,合金的应力指数和蠕变表观激活能相差不大,。Zn--,晶界处的第二相颗粒能够阻碍晶界的滑移和位错的运动从而提高合金的抗蠕变性能。

Tensile creep behavior at high temperature of Zn-- alloy

Abstract: Zn-- alloy was prepared by casting and extruding processes. Tensile creep property was investigated by creep test machine. Microstructures of the alloy before and after creeping were observed and analyzed by SEM、TEM、EDS. The results show that the steady creep rate increases with the increase of temperature or stress.
