摘要:本文阐述了电厂炉渣的性质、矿物组成、活性评定方法以及炉渣对水泥性能的影响,提出了采用炉渣作混合材生产普通水泥或复合水泥时的适宜掺量,为综合利用废渣,降低生产成本开辟了一条新路。

Abstract: This thesis not only elaborates the property, position, and activity evaluation method of the furnace slag of electric power plant but also how it affects the cement property. The appropriate mixing amount of the furnace slag which is used as admixture to produce Portland cement pound cement is brought forward in this article, which opens a new way to prehensive use of the waste slag and reduce production cost as well.

1 前言
为了综合利用火电厂废渣,降低水泥成本,我公司自2001年5月以来,开展了利用济源电厂排的工业炉渣作为水泥混合材的试验研究工作,为工业生产提供了必要的技术参数,并探讨了炉渣作为水泥混合材对水泥性能影响的规律性。本文就电厂炉渣作水泥混合材的应用研究作一一介绍。
