机械活化对磁黄铁矿浸出动力学的影响

摘要:利用 X 线衍射仪、比表面积测试仪、扫描电镜和粒径分析仪对未机械活化和经振动磨机械活化后的磁黄
铁矿进行分析和表征。在 FeCl3-HCl 体系中对未机械活化和经机械活化后的磁黄铁矿的浸出动力学进行研究。研
究结果表明:机械活化增加磁黄铁矿的微观结构缺陷和比表面积,粉末粒度减小,形成的团聚体非常明显;与未
活化的磁黄铁矿相比较,经机械活化 10,20 和 40 min 后的磁黄铁矿化学反应活性提高,反应速度加快,表观活
化能降低,其中表观活化能由未活化时的 150 kJ/mol 分别降至 58,49 和 45 kJ/mol。

Abstract: The methods of X-ray diffractrometry, BET, scanning electron microscope and particle size analysis were used
for studying the nonactivated and mechanical activated pyrrhotite in a vibrating mill. The influence of mechanical
activation on leaching ics of pyrrhotite by FeCl3-HCl solutions was investigated. The results show that mechanical
activation increases microstructure defects and specific surface area of pyrrhotite and decreases powder particle size. And
