The experimental results show that the first discharge capacity of carbon coating lithium iron phosphate can reach 140 mAh/g, and the capacity curve of cycle performance of LiFePO4-C sample can be stabilized above 135 mAh/g within 10 cycles using period under microwave synthesis . The electrical conductivity and the actual specific capacity of LiFePO4 are improved by carbon coating effectively.
