丝素蛋白作为组织工程生物材料的研究进展

【摘 要】目的 介绍丝素蛋白作为生物材料在组织工程应用中的研究进展及前景。 方法 广泛查阅国内外
关于丝素蛋白生物材料的研究文献,对丝素蛋白生物材料的性能及其在组织工程中的应用进行分析总结。 结果 丝素
蛋白具有生物降解性和生物相容性等特点,支持多种细胞的黏附、分化和生长,可应用于人工韧带、血管、骨、神经组织等
方面。修饰改性后的丝素蛋白可更好地应用于组织工程。 结论 丝素蛋白是一种良好的生物材料,在组织工程中有广
泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the latest developments in silk fibroin as biomaterials and its applications
in tissue engineering. Methods The recent original literature on silk fibroin as biomaterials were extensively reviewed,
illustrating the properties and appl ications of silk fibroin biomaterials in tissue engineering. Results Silk fibroin
as biomaterials had good patibility and degradability. It supported the cell adhesion differentiation and growth. It was
used for artificial ligament, vessel, bone, nerve and so on. After modification, silk fibroin could be extensively used in tissue
engineering. Conclusion Silk fibroin is a good biomaterial, which has a great potential applications in tissue engineering.
