摘要

随着社会经济科技地不断进步,全球经济新的格局已然形成,传统商业理念被淘汰重新洗牌,信息化产业已经成为各行各业密不可分,在暗流涌动的市场经济大变革中,企业如何紧握时代脉搏,迎合新经济形态需求,在市场竞争的博弈中稳操胜券呢?实现企业信息化,显得尤为重要。但是,因为我国仍是一个发展中国家,我们是在没有完成工业化的情况下建设信息化的,相对于信息社会对企业的要求,因此,对于企业来说信息化的水平高低直接影响着企业的发展,我国的企业在信息化方面存在着很大的差距。
在此背景下,本论文主要根据中小企业信息化建设与市场竞争力的紧密联系进行了研究,结合信息管理的相关知识,阐述中小企业信息化建设的必要性和中小企业信息化建设的现状。通过分析现阶段中小企业信息化建设过程中存在的问题,并在借鉴南京菲时特管业有限公司信息化建设经验的基础上, 从理论和实践两方面,提出针对我国中小企业信息化建设问题的对策和解决办法,希望有效的促进我国企业信息化的发展。

ABSTRACT
