热处理对 Mg-5Zn2AI镁合金组织及性能的影响

摘要:采用金相显微镜、电子万能试验机、扫描电镜等研究了热处理对 Mg一5Zn2A1镁合金组织及性能的
影响。结果表明:试验合金在经过 320~(2固溶 36h,175oC时效 16h后的合金的晶粒尺寸明显增大,晶界却变得
细小,晶界上析出物明显增多,而且合金经过热处理之后,该成分合金的抗拉强度达到最大 243MPa,伸长率达
%,使铸态下的 Mg一5Zn2A1镁合金相比综合力学性能得到了显著的提高。

been analysed by using metallographic microscope,electronic ma~hine materialstesting universal and
scanningelectron microscopy(SEM treatmentsolution solid),resulting 320oCafter at that36h in for and

has e small,the grain boundary precipitates grow a lot;the alloy has been improved mechanical
properties,in particular the tensile strength and elongation was a conspicuous increase after heat—treat—
m ent,reaching peak 243MPa %,the 1 effectwas more visible thatthe mechanical propertieswas
higherthan the as—cast.
