Research and Practice for “Skill Training Instruction” in
Classroom Teaching of Logistics Major Courses

Abstract—This paper takes the logsitics major course “purchasing and supply management” for example to discuss the research
and practice process of our reaearch project about training the students’ skills through the theoretical courses of logistics management
major, in which includes the theoretical basis study and goal-setting, course analysis and skill exploration, teaching method design and
skill-training procedure, and effect analysis of the experimental instruction. This study will be helpful to establish a skill-training
instruction and talent education model for logistics management speciality.
