摘要
本文通过对带侧向抽芯手机壳的注塑模具设计,主要论述了注射模具设计流程,详
细介绍了模具工作过程。针对手机外部的耳机孔和倒扣的成型,采用了隧道滑块和斜导
柱式滑块两种抽芯机构实现抽芯动作;内部存在倒扣和无法直接拔模的曲面,采用了斜
顶抽芯机构帮助开模。模具将采取一模一腔的布局,顶针顶出机构。该模具完成了注射、
成型、抽芯、落料的自动化生产,节约了生产时间。

With Side Core-pulling Injection Mould Design for Mobile Phone Housing
and Technology Analysis

Abstract
In this paper, the injection mold design of the mobile phone shell with side core pulling
is discussed in this paper. The design process of injection mold is mainly discussed. For
external phone headphone jack and inverted forming, the tunnel slider and bevel pillar slide
two pumping core institutions realize the core pulling action, internal buckle down and
unable to direct taper surface, the sloping roof core pulling mechanism to help typing. Die
with a mold cavity structure, point gate gating system, thimble ejection mechanism. The
automatic production of injection molding, core pulling and blanking pleted, and the
production time is saved.
