these make coal enterprises talent crisis particularly prominent.
In the course of research and writing papers,a collection of existing data and research results have been absorbed,while papers based on talent management theory, both from a theoretical and practical issues to begin the discussion and research,using bination of methods of qualitative research and quantitative research,and bination of methods of research parative analysis.
Starting from the talent situation of State-owned coal enterprises now,Papers focus on the overall analysis of their internal talent density low,irrational structure, the introduction of talent difficult,serious brain drain phenomenon, and analyze the
shortage caused by various reasons.
In the last part of the paper,I engaged in a more detailed study for state-owned coal enterprises to talents crisis response and made a number of specific strategies
and methods. Noted,fistly,the state-owned coal enterprises must strengthen internal
human resources management, and create a keeping talent, attractive mechanism. Secondly,through its education and training efforts and conduct joint schools with colleges and universities to introduce more channels, fostering talent. Finally,the
government should play an active role.
Papers focus on the integration of theory and empirical analysis methods,and fairly applicable. I believe that with pletion of this work,can play a better
reference to the development of coal enterprises, especially the development and training of human resources.
