供应链管理环境下物流配送模式研究
摘要
随着供应链和电子商务的发展,物流配送在商业往来中起着不可替代的作用。在供应链管理的商业模式下,物流配送体系发展的滞后已经成为制约当前供应链向前发展的瓶颈。如何有效地组织企业的物流,科学地改造与变革企业物流,使得企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,适应供应链管理的环境,成为十分重要而紧迫的任务。本文从供应链及物流配送模式的理论入手,分析我国物流配送模式的现状以及存在的问题,借鉴美国、日本以及欧洲在物流配送方面的先进经验,结合我国实际情况,提出适合我国国情物流配送模式构架,解决其中涉及的关键问题,为正在进行物流配送的企业和即将进行该项业务的企业提供了一些借鉴。

Research for the Mode of Logistics Distribution in Supply Chain Management
Abstract
As the development of supply chain and merce, Logistics and distribution plays an irreplaceable role in business dealings. In the business model of the supply chain management, Lags behind the development of logistics and distribution system has e a bottleneck restricting the supply chain forward. How anize the logistics of the enterprise, making enterprises in the fierce petition in an invincible position is important. This article start with the theory of supply chain and logistics model, analyze the situation of logistics mode current and the problems existed, Learn from the advanced experience of the United States, Japan, and Europe in the logistics aspects, combined with the actual situation in China, propose the logistics mode architecture which suitable for China's national conditions, address key issues, the ongoing logistics enterprises and the ing of the business enterprise offers some experience.
